As a Classical musician turned designer, Brent Patteson takes pride in his constant desire to learn new skills and explore all things creative arts and design. His diverse background spans from a music educator/performer, photographer, electrician, project manager, and much more in between. Brent’s vast experiences have led to him realizing his career calling: empathize with others and help solve their problems. 

After freelance designing for two years, Brent sought to level up his skills and focus his energy primarily on UI/UX.  In 2024 he received formal training as a Springboard UI/UX designer trainee, completing 700+ hours of hands-on coursework, with 1:1 expert mentor oversight, and completion of four case study projects. The course concluded with an internship at Savi Finance (A personal finance planning SaaS app) where Brent tackled the implementation of a new user-friendly way to file taxes and help people save money with generative AI tax advice and strategies.

Brent Patteson continues his design journey as founder of KokiriKreative which offers a full spectrum of creative services. He seeks to unite his music, photography & design experiences to offer innovative solutions, clear communication, and collaboration with his clients and fellow creatives.
